Hot-blooded youth is in the moment---2018 Shandong Sino Steel Co.,Ltd development training
It’s already autumn,stepped on the autumn wind of the September Purchase Festival and in order to make life colorful,on September 15, 2018, all employees in Shandong Sino Steel Co.,Ltd started a one-and-a-half-day outdoor development training event.
In the course of the activity, under the leadership of the coach, they were divided into two groups.Each group has their own banner and a distinctive slogan.The event provided employees with a stage to fully expressed themselves and showed themselves.The activity increased interaction,promoted exchanges and cooperation among employees in various departments, strengthened team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and injected vitality into the company's future development.We stand together regardless of situation and we grow up together with Shandong Sino Steel Co., Ltd.
Under the guidance of the coach, we adjusted the equipment, all of us wore camouflage, clenched fist, ready to go.Then in the trust back and the ladder project,it fully embodies the power of combining personal expertise with solidarity and cooperation and the valuable spirit of fighting for collective honor.
In the following activities, the team members also carried out activities such as breathing power, building a tower by dumb people, and training soldiers at the sand field.In the whole process of the event, the battle was fierce, the scene was hot!
As night fell, we sat around and happily talked about the passion and joy of the day.In the process of playing the cup dance, everyone was highly enthusiastic and the laughter was full of the whole room,this is our sino steel family!
The next day's activities were also not simple. Although it was rainy, everyone was still enthusiastic. The activities such as Mahjong Ganghood and the Zodiac had made the expansion colorful.
This expansion activity not only enhanced the feelings among colleagues, but also enhanced the team cohesiveness and strengthened the belief in the company.
